Snatam Kaur: Wake Up Pre-Festival Intensive

Wake Up Pre-Festival Intensives provide a unique opportunity to spend two days in an intimate, deep-dive experience with one of the masterful Wake Up teachers. Join a small group of Wake Up participants, settle into the beauty of the Rocky Mountains, and begin your journey of transformation.

It is within our own experience of purity that miracles and healing abound. Through the sacred science of Kundalini Yoga, we will experience yoga sets with chanting woven beautifully into them, breathing exercises, and daily practices to essentially return to our purity. The sacred chants that Snatam Kaur will share are from the Kundalini Yoga and Sikh tradition of India. These chants are powerful tools for inner cleansing and nourishing that inner light that we are being asked to shine with every day. By experiencing them in a yogic way, we are able to go to deep levels in a very sustainable, balanced, and transformational way. The entire intensive will be lovingly supported by live music with Snatam Kaur and her band, Sukhmani Kaur on tabla, and Siri Kirtin Kaur on guitar and bass.

Snatam Kaur's Pre-Festival Intensive will end at noon on Wednesday to allow time for Snatam to prepare for her evening concert at the opening ceremony of the Wake Up Festival. Complimentary admission to Snatam's concert and the Festival opening ceremony is included in the price of this Pre-Festival Intensive. The Festival opening ceremony is held after the conclusion of the Pre-Festival Intensive on Wednesday, August 20th from 7:00–10:00 pm.
