The Yoga of Life

Together, we will explore ways to bridge the gap between our yoga practices and our daily lives. Through a combination of kundalini, living foods, visualization, and community-building activities, we will nourish both our bodies and our spirits, and transform our thought patterns and habits.

Pre-registration is only $45 and $60 at the door. Comparable workshops cost up to $180. We have tried our very best to make this affordable and open to the public at a reasonable energy exchange. We encourage you to sign up early as space is limited.
