What is Spiritual Awakening?

Awakening is being free from the mind. This course is designed to help you move beyond the limitations and structures of the mind. When we are identified with the mind, we filter our experience through our past conditioning and miss the exquisite beauty present all around us in every moment.  In fact, we are not truly living, but merely existing, merely surviving.

The purpose of life is simply to live -- to experience reality as it is -- that natural state where the senses are alive, the heart is open and in direct contact with the Oneness in everything.

Awakening, the result of a neuro-biological shift in the brain, is a gift that is now being given to everyday people all over the world. In the past, one might typically give up all worldly possessions, follow a guru, and live in a cave in the Himalayas for years to receive awakening, but that is no longer necessary.
