Pepperdine University will be home to the first “The Phenomenon & The Gift” on November 7^th & 8^th, 2015. The course will be offered via internet from Oneness University by Oneness Guides at the Oneness Temple. 

Nestled on a Malibu hilltop off of Pacific Coast Highway, Pepperdine's oceanfront views and it's beautiful serene campus is ideal location for higher learning.

The Course:

The Course will be offered at the Pepperdine University at the Villa Graziadio Executive Center in a conference facility, amphitheater style. All conference rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art video conferencing perfect for our needs.

Vegetarian Lunch:

Vegetarian lunch will be served buffet style just steps away from our meeting room. Villa Graziado sits on a hilltop with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. Lunch is $20 pp per day. We encourage you to eat lunch at location. There will be little time to drive off campus for lunch.

Over Night Accommodations:

We have also reserved 32 rooms at Villa Graziado for those traveling from away. Rooms are in the same building as our conference room and dinning room. Rates range from $232 to $260 depending on the view. All rooms have one queen bed.

 Parking on Campus:

• Parking is on campus just a short hilly distance from the Villa. 2x shuttle vans will be available thru out the course so that you can get to and from your car.


• Handicap parking is available next to the villa


• Parking garage is a 3 minute walk to the venue

Cancelations Policy:

Refunds available up to and on October 24th.  Prior to Oct 24th a 20% processing fee will be deducted from the refund. After October 24th, no refunds are available.
