13 Moons: Breathwork and Art Flow

Join us for a special New Moon Ceremony for letting go of old energy and seeding intentions for the new cycle

The guided breathwork journey and sound bath is designed to assist us in letting go of that which no longer serves us and creating a powerful energy of manifestation for calling in Truth, Light and Love. We will hold space after the breathwork journey for art integration to further assist us in intention setting and processing our journey. We will also be offering donation based chair massage after the breathwork. 

Art materials provided, no experience necessary! 

Please wear loose fitting comfortable clothing. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and water bottle.
