The Joshua Tree Retreat Center has 420 acres of sacred space, offering deep silence and vastness of the high desert. Among the meditation pathways, canopied by trees, flowering oleander, there are plenty of areas to enjoy the deep purple, and bright orange colors of the sunrise and the sunset. On-site Retreat lodging and meals are available and need to be booked separately from the course registration. Off-site lodging information is also included.

The two day course begins on Saturday November 7, 9:30 AM – 8 PM and continues on Sunday November 8, 9 AM – 4 PM.

Important Information about the retreat

1. Check in Friday is any time after 12 PM and check out time on Sunday is noon. Our course will end around 4 PM on Sunday.

2. Registration is between 5-7 PM on Friday – Join us for a welcome drink near the campfire where we will have chanting and drumming. Friday night dinner is 7-9 PM.

3. Course timings are Saturday session 9:30 AM - 8 PM and Sunday session 9 AM - 4 PM. 

4. Daily entrance to the Retreat center is $17 for non-residents.

5. Bring yoga mat, blanket for the meditation hall, water bottles, socks and thermos for hot water and tea. We do have backjacks available at the hall.

6. Bring notebook and pen.

7. No shoes, food or drinks inside meditation hall. Water in a closed bottle is allowed.

8. Cushions, back jacks and chairs are provided. 

9. Tea (herbal, caffeine) will be available. Coffee available at breakfast. 

10. Gluten free and Vegan options available. Please mention your choice at the time of booking. 

Cancellation Policy:

Before Oct 24^th:: The course fee is refundable with a 15% cancellation fee. All refunds will be issued after November 8th. 

After October 24^th: Fees will not be refundable.
