• Sattva Himalayan Kundalini Yoga Journey ~ Sun, Nov 20 @ 9am - 11am:
Jaya Lakshmi is a certified Sattva Yoga Teacher (Rishikesh India, 2020)
Class Description: Open to all levels. Beginning with pranayama and spinal warm-ups, moving into slow-medium vinyasa flow, then more restorative postures, eventually cooling down to rest in sivasana. The last part of the journey is seated meditation often with specific kriyas that usually include mantra, mudras and movement.

• Cacao Ceremony & Song ~ Sun, Nov 20 @ 3pm-6pm
Jaya Lakshmi will offer a cacao ceremony on Sunday afternoon.
Since ancient times cacao has been used ceremonially to connect with that infinite presence of love. Jaya Lakshmi’s cacao ceremonies are a coming together to open the heart, express creatively and rejoice with the spirit of the cacao. Accompanied by her weaving heart songs, it will be a time to express gratitude for our community, all the blessings in our lives and for the cacao spirit and allow for that spirit to blossom infinite possibilities within you.
