We will be doing this AGAIN with a different flow, music and vibe but same quality experience APRIL 27th!

A collaboration amongst Awaken, Dance Temple Ottawa, Sonic Springs & Modern Primitive.

This event will carry a bit more of a social & celebratory quality as we move towards summer with a lineup of 5 DJs including International DJ & Producer Scott Nice! Expect alot of music, dancing, wellness activites, like minded new and old friends... a full night of enjoyment.

THE EXPERIENCE:

The Awaken Experience, is a conscios night life experience that brings together a variety of intentions, modalities and facilitators for an unforgetable night.  It often will include Breathwork, Live DJ Ecstatic Dance, Sound healing,   Facilitated connection games and more - each event is unique and different but is designed to bring one through a process of breath, movement, meditation and frequency - opening the flows of inner peace, balance. vitality & Joy. All with a sober, conscious and positive environment inclusive of all.

Some aspects of a Typical Awaken Event.

Breathwork Meditation: This style of breathwork meditation is a gentle process that moves into the subtle layers of the body & mind, bringing calm, peace and ability to investigate sensations of thought & Emotion.

Ecstatic Dance: A range of styles to create an open free flow dance experience. Often coming with multiple waves depending on the DJs and flow of the night - a full wave of music including Organic, Afro & Progressive house along with Melodic Techno,D&B,Downtempo, Tribal and Cosmic Ambient. We go through the whole range!

Sound Journey Integration: Integration via as soundscape frequencies & ambient music which is used to guide one back to a place of stillness, ending where it began.

Welcoming Social environment & Connection: An inclusive, sober social environment to connect, plan and explore this experience among like minded individuals.
