Join Barbara and Jennifer for an uplifting day of drumming, chant, song and silent meditation. The workshop will culminate in an extended sound journey weaving the ancient technologies of voice and drum into a multi-layered soundscape designed to soothe, awaken, and heal.
 Bring your own drum. There will be some drums provided (first come, first serve).
