This month, we invite you to connect with the Earth's natural rhythms and explore the resonance of grounding through movement and music. The Schumann Resonances, the Earth's electromagnetic frequencies, will guide our journey, aligning our energies with the heartbeat of our planet. This event offers a unique opportunity to deepen your connection to the Earth, find inner balance, and celebrate the power of dance as a form of healing and self-expression.

 

 What to Expect:

 

An opening circle to set intentions and connect with fellow participants on a somatic level.

Free-form ecstatic dance where you can let your body move to the rhythm of your heart and the Earth.

A mesmerizing sound bath to facilitate relaxation and harmonize your energy centers.

An integration ritual to ground and conclude our transformative experience.

A social hour after the event for community bonding and sharing.

Our carefully curated music playlist will traverse various genres, allowing you to dance freely, release pent-up energy, and find serenity in movement. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or new to ecstatic dance, this event welcomes everyone to express themselves authentically.
