Ecstatic Dance Saturday - DJ Nice Nate!

You are warmly invited to Ecstatic Dance Saturday, a heartful gathering of music, movement, and community where we will journey together to Find the Guide Inside! 

We are excited to welcome one of our hottest local DJs ~ DJ Nice Nate ~ bringing curated and original melodic deep house grooves to catalyze your body system! Tricia Chirumbole will be our space holder and somatic facilitator, inviting us to anchor inside of ourselves for insight and inspiration! 

Ecstatic Dances are ALL ages, Substance-free, Family friendly, Free-form movement experiences. Kids 16 + under are FREE! And must be accompanied by an adult.

• 6:30 PM: Doors Open - Settle in, warm-up, chill out**


• 7:00 PM: Opening Circle & Somatic Warmup


• 7:30 PM: Let the Dance Begin with DJ Nice Nate


• 9:15 PM: Closing Circle & Integration Ritual


• 9:45 PM - 11:00 PM: Social Hour After Party & Sneaky Snacks

What to Expect:

• An opening circle & guided somatic warm  to set intentions and connect with yourself & fellow dancers on a somatic level, and to learn new tools for embodied expression


• Free-form movement journey, inviting sensation & emotion as your guides to authentic expression


• An energetic arch of music taking us on a multi-textured journey 


• Ambient meditation to cool down and integrate


• Closing Circle with Authentic Relating & Toning Integration


• Social hour with extra tunez and surprise snacks for community bonding!


• Community agreements to support a space where we can feel free to surrender, release, feel & express without judgment, and to show up in your wholeness

Music & Movement:

The music will ramp up from a slow introduction to an energetic peak, then smoothly come back down the mountain and return to the ocean of calmness. We encourage you to dance freely, release pent-up energy, and find serenity in movement. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or new to ecstatic dance, this event welcomes everyone to express themselves authentically.
