Grief, Gratitude, & Abundance Day Retreat

Our hearts expand in grief and our gratitude shows us where our values sit. We can only give thanks for what we appreciate. Our grief reveals where our hearts are and bonds have been. Is there something you've been grieving? This retreat is an opportunity to unpack the pain and move into a place of gratitude recognizing the abundance waiting to awaken within our natural state of being.

This day retreat includes 4 hours of KUNDALINI YOGA and meditation with Jessica Brazil focused on processing and releasing negativity and reshaping energy and projection into abundance. The reatreat includes a healthy vegan lunch with a mindful eating approach with Joanne King, ocean and poolside views, and a belief remapping session with Joanne & Jessica.

Jessica U'ilani Brazil (Mantra Preet Kaur), LCSW, RYT completed her teaching certification and blessing with the International Kundalini Research Institute studying with leading Sikh Gurus who traveled and learned from Yogi Bhajan. It is Jessica's pure purpose of existance to bring more love and healing into the world. Jessica has been on the seekers journey and path of service throughout her lifespan landing her in a career as a social worker over the past 17 years and as a spiritual teacher in more recent years. In 2016, she authored the 100 Mindful Days project and founded the Mindful Living Group where she leads a team of health and wellness practitioners as they work with people towards living a life well and in the aloha spirit. 



Joane King, MA, RYT is experienced in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness Based Eating (MB-EAT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Her practice is grounded in Humanistic psychology and focuses on health and wellness. She has foundational and advanced training in Mindfulness and is a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200). Her passion is helping people uncover belief and thought patterns that are contributing to how they perceive and relate to the outer world.
