Event Description

Introduction to Spiritual Trauma Therapy

During this weekend workshop we will be discussing the core principles of Spiritual Trauma Therapy, and exploring the synthesis of practices it utilises.

The workshop will commence on the Friday evening at 7:00pm with an introductory talk, Q & A, and short guided meditation.

On Saturday and Sunday the programme will run from 9.30am to 5.00pm each day, with breaks for morning tea, lunch, & afternoon tea.

Please Note: The event is intended as an introduction to the principles of STT. It is suitable for individuals who wish to explore a spiritual approach to their self-care, practitioners currently working in the health professions, and students of complementary therapies.

It is not a therapeutic intensive, and is not suitable for people in the early stages of trauma recovery, or those who are vulnerable to experiencing overwhelm. In these instances we recommend private sessions with an experienced practitioner.

About Spiritual Trauma Therapy

Spiritual Trauma Therapy works to restore coherence between our mind-body field and the deeper levels of consciousness. The modality has been developed over more than thirty-five years of intuitive research and hands-on healing practice.

It offers a dynamic synthesis of somatic presencing, healing light transmission, meditation, and breath practices, supported by adjunct meridian and eye-movement protocols.

Spiritual Trauma Therapy amplifies our somatic experience of luminous kindness, and increases the degree of agency we exercise within our own mind-body system.

What does STT offer?

  • Spiritual Trauma Therapy provides a container of timeless spaciousness, safety, and kindness, where the natural processes of healing and restoration can take place.

  • Supports the release of traumatic memory in a way that is gentle and safe, increasing our bodily sense of security, and restoring emotional and mental wellbeing.

  • Can be used as a self-care practice, and as a catalyst for deep healing when used with the guidance of a trained therapist.

"Through entraining our embodied experience to the compassion of our core light,
we realise that the ultimate safety and security is already present within us. As the emanation of consciousness from the deepest levels of our being wells up into the circulatory system of our mind-body field, our suffering is transformed into love-essence.

This is a viscerally profound process."
