What is the relationship between Bhakti (Devotion) and Shakti (Divine Energy)? What is the optimal relationship between the Divine Feminine & Divine Masculine. How can we understand and utilize practices like sacred chant, kriya, mudra and meditation from Kundalini Yoga and Bhakti Yoga so we can wake up (Spiritual practices), grow up (Psychological practices), clean up (Shadow practices) and show up fully for Self, relationships, work, Nature and Spirit?

This experiential workshop, led by experienced transformational teachers Karuna & Mike Cohen, brings together cutting edge practices, understandings and insights from the worlds of Kundalini Yoga and Bhakti Yoga.
