This workshop will be a unique blend of Kundalini yoga and meditations led by Jaya Lakshmi and Ananda with live music by them as well. As one leads, the other will serenade.  The workshop is designed to open the heart and tap into one’s infinite creative potential. Through this workshop participants will gain tools to live an inspired and fulfilled life that overflows with bliss and abundance.

 

Jaya Lakshmi and Ananda tour year round sharing music, yoga and cacao ceremonies.  They are regular teachers at Bhaktifest, Beloved Festival and have taught at numerous festivals around the world, including Hanuman Festival and Telluride Yoga Festival.

3pm-5pm: Singing and Mantra Workshop
7pm-9pm: Cacao Ceremony
