Living Untethered

Rev. Cindy Edelson and Rev. Joan Steadman are excited to present this class based on Michael Singer's latest book, Living Untethered.  In this dynamic class, you are ushered into the freedom of your soul as we learn and practice simple ways to unhook from your past, liberating yourself from limiting thought and emotional patterns that have held you captive in any way and experienced the empowered life.  You will have the opportunity to:

     Expand Self Awareness;

     Cultivate an open heart;

     Develop heart and brain coherence;

     Transmute blocked energies;

     Become the master of your mind.
