Your ticket includes lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
Ticket price includes all ticketing fees and credit card processing fees. You will receive a purchase confirmation from GP Eventworx.

We have negotiated an amazing rate of $129/night for standard single and double accommodations.
For each additional person over double occupancy per bedroom, add $15 per adult per night. Upgraded accommodations are subject to availability and applicable rates.
HOTEL ROOM
Hotel booking link will be sent via email once you have registered. We are not allowing people to book rooms without a paid ticket.
We expect that the room block will sell out fast, so make sure to watch for the email!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
There are no refunds once you have purchased your space for our retreat. Each year we create a collaborative, interactive experience and we welcome you! We have commitments to the presenters, venue, and catering, which are non-refundable, thus we are not able to refund your registration once purchased.

The Phoenix 2022 retreat is not refundable unless you have tested positive for Covid-19 prior to arrival. Processing fees will not be refunded.
COMMITMENT POLICY
Your weekend fee is not refundable as stated above, but it is transferable. Should you wish to transfer your ticket to someone else, email our office please, no later than, March 1, 2022 - [email protected] - to advise who will be taking your place.
CONSENT
I acknowledge and agree that my payment for the Phoenix gathering is NON-REFUNDABLE unless I have tested positive for Covid-19 prior to my arrival. I understand that proof will be required under these circumstances.
