Tikka Masala is a tomato based sauce commonly served with chicken, but there are also some lovely vegan variations which we will explore. In this class you will learn how to make a fundamental freezable tikka masala sauce using an Instant Pot. The Instant Pot is a handy (and not too expensive) device that really is fundamental for any functional kitchen owned by a chronically busy person.
