A Full Day of Everything You Love

We kickoff with a 5K run starting at the Canton Waterfront Park followed by yoga classes that will help you Get Your Pregame Posture On and a ton of other activities including everything from aerial and padddleboard yoga to hoop and boxing. Then, we Tailgate Yogi Style with a Jumbotron watch of the Baltimore Ravens vs New York Jets.

Sid McNairy: Owner, Sid Yoga: Sid has spent over 20 years going within his Native American heritage to discover an unshakable peace. His mission is to share this peace with the world. Meg Langrehr: Meg encourages everyone to challenge themselves and realize that their mental practice on the mat is just as important as the physical. She guides similarly to the way she coaches on the lacrosse field- with energy and encouragement. She will bring out your inner athlete!

Sid McNairy lV: Sid always says, “without growth, we are stuck” If you are ready to step into a new way of being, this is your opportunity! Sid’s class leaves you free of anything that has been heavy on your shoulders, giving you the feeling of new opportunity to reach new heights.

Tori Kovelman: Tori creates the space for freedom in your mind & body with her uplifting energy and passion for life! She inspires others to elevate, lead with their heart, and most importantly, to SMILE! You will feel relaxed and refreshed after a class with Tori. Her energy is contagious!

Katie Ficca: Three Little Birds Aerial Yoga
Learn to fly and take your floor practice to new heights! Katie is a master at helping you to drop your fears and explore a sense of freedom as she guides you to move through traditional yoga poses and assist your body to take on more challenging poses without strain, force, or effort. The benefits will compliment and give you more access to your floor practice. Experience the freedom and fun that aerial yoga provides.

Jessie Benson: Owner, FloYo Paddleboard Yoga - Jessie has presented FloYo at the ECA World Fitness Conference and has taught at some of the top resorts in the Caribbean. Jessie is a Baptiste Power Yoga instructor and teaches a variety of fitness classes including boot-camp, core, spin, yoga, Pilates and barre in Baltimore. Jessie's certifications include, RYT 200-hour yoga training with the Africa Yoga Project, YogaFit, WPA Level 1, PaddleFit Level 2, AFAA Primary Group Fitness, SPINNING, American Red Cross CPR & First Aid. Her professionalism and sunny disposition create a fun and relaxed learning environment for everyone.

Brooke Ramsay and Brian Patrick: Hoopologie: Brooke is the founder and current president of the Towson Hoop Club, designed for Towson University students, where hoop enthusiasts can meet other flow artists and learn new tricks. She is a member of a professional dance team and performs for various events. Her energy, knowledge, and talents are impressive and truly unique. Her hoop workshops deliver a fun way to build strength, balance, flexibility, and learn something new. She will be accompanied by Brian Parick, an amazing and very talented expert in all levels of hoop. This workshop has been a labor of love for the two as they have used their combined knowledge and individual specialties to create a dynamic and interactive experience for all fitness levels and ages.

Ron Zwolak and Courtney Feldheim: Ron Z Boxing: Ron started martial arts boxing at 4 years of age and competed heavily until he was 18. He then competed as a professional kickboxer. Ron used his skills and knowledge to coach others and create classes that not only teach the many levels of boxing and martial arts, but also are a fun and uplifting experience. His story is compelling and inspirational. He is a true competitor, but more, a superior coach and true humanitarian. He gives back to his community through programs for the youth and self-defense workshops that empower and inspire positive change. He is accompanied by Courtney Feldheim. She is a rare talent that possesses a way about her that can only be defined as gentle strength. Her knowledge, athletic ability, and superior coaching skills create a class experience that empowers and elevates your inner athlete

Teaching and inspiring our community for over 20 years has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. It has always been a goal of mine to eventually give back to the industry and city that has been so good to me. Aegir Events is helping me achieve that goal by providing a platform for Baltimore industry leaders and small business owners. It’s essential for the studio owner and fitness and wellness practitioner to have the support of not only the community, but other local leaders.
