Deva Premal & Miten - New York: CANCELLED

Dear Friends of Deva Premal & Miten –

With the ongoing uncertainty relating to the COVID-19 pandemic we are unable to proceed with Deva Premal & Miten’s North America tour. The New York concert scheduled for May 5, 2022 has been cancelled.  All purchased tickets will be refunded.

We are sorry for any disappointment and disruption this may cause and send many thanks to all who so graciously held onto your tickets through 2020 and 2021.

Refund Procedures

1. Refunds will be for the ticket price – but not the ticketing fees. The ticketing platform is not issuing refunds of their service fees. 
   
   


2. Tickets will be refunded directly from Prabhu Music – Deva Premal & Miten’s management company. We are not able to refund back to the credit card of purchase. Refunds can be made via PayPal or check. For this we will need your PayPal address or mailing address
   
   


3. YOU NEED TO INFORM PRABHU MUSIC HOW YOU WISH TO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND PAYMENT and provide the needed information.
   
   


4. Please contact Paul Temple at [email protected]  with the date of your purchase, the number of tickets bought, your preference on refund via check or PayPal and the related mailing or email address. 

PLEASE NOTE: As of Mar 23, 2022 we have sent four rounds of email notification to all ticket buyers and most tickets have been refunded. There are still a number of ticket holders who have not responded to these notifications. If you have not received your refund please follow the instructions above to contact Paul Temple at [email protected].
