I'm excited to announce that I am starting a Free Monthly Community Meditation (this event is completely free to attend, donations are welcome and 100% of donations will be given to Smiles of Love).

Come to this monthly community meditation, where we will use a mantra meditation to help you get out of your head and feel your own body's energy.

We will start with a simple yet powerful toning technique to balance the body's chakras, or energy centers. We will then learn and practice the ancient Mantra Meditation: Om Mani Padme Hum.

Please join me in this powerful meditation to relax, rejuvenate, and recharge.

About Dr. Eddie Vernon, DACM, L.Ac.

With an extensive background in healing modalities such as acupuncture, sound healing, yoga, breathwork, and Qi Gong, Eddie Vernon brings an integrated, compassionate approach to his work as a therapist and educator. His focus on the all-important body/mind/spirit connection as it pertains to the healing arts has led him on travels through China, Taiwan, Ecuador, and Mexico, seeking out indigenous healers and traditional methods of medicine.
