Weekly Breakdown:

• Singing Lessons: Weekly singing lessons will be an integral part of the training. These sessions will focus on developing and refining your vocal skills, tailored to enhance your chanting and devotional singing.


• Deity Focus: Each week, we will concentrate on a specific deity. This focus will allow participants to dive deep into the mythology, symbolism, and spiritual significance of each deity, creating a rich, contextual backdrop for the practices of the week.


• 1-2 Chants per Deity: The main musical focus will be learning harmonium and guitar. The first chant willl be very basic and the second more advanced. 


• Yoga Class Themed to the Deity: This thematic approach will include kriyas, asanas, pranayama, meditation, mantras and philosophy that align with the deity's attributes.

This course will focus on the Gods or Devas. 

• Nov 6th: Ganesha


• Nov 13th: Hanuman/Rama


• Nov 20th: Krishna


• Nov 27th: Shiva

Schedule: Meet Every Wednesday Live

• 8am-9:30am: Deity-themed Live Bhakti Yoga Classes (Asanas, Kriyas, Meditations, Mantras & Philosophy)


• 11am-12:30pm: Singing Lessons & Learning Chants (For all levels. There will be several chants to learn ranging from very simple to more complex)

*Class times will be PST. For Europe, 4pm-5:30pm & 7pm-8:30pm

We will also meet the last week once to share a song with the group. This helps build confidence and receive the support of the sangha (sacred community).
