Rain Forest Yoga

Join Erin for yoga this winter in the warmth of the greenhouse at Waner's Nursery.  Beginning January 6th there will be two classes each Saturday: 9:30-10:45am (level 2) and 11:00am-12:00pm for a class open to all levels, including beginners.

February 24th will be the last Saturday classes. BUT....We will do one class Sunday March 3rd at 10am with Deb Gauld Lash providing sound to close out our Rainforest Yoga Season!

• Please bring your own mat, water bottle, and props.


• The floor can be quite hard, so an extra mat or blanket can be nice.


• We will have some blankets for your use.


• Sunglasses or eye pillow can help decrease the glare.
