You are invited to Sacred City Thanksgiving, a night of celebration weaving a rich tapestry of gratitude, connection and shared heart-centered presence. Together, we gather to honor the magic and medicine of life, embracing all the gifts, challenges and blessings that grace our paths.

Come immerse yourself in the cozy warmth of community and open your heart, voice, and spirit in an intentional space of thankfulness. This celebration will be overflowing with the harmony of shared sacred songs, the rhythm of our steps moving together on the dance floor, and the collective heartbeat of gratitude that resonates in us all.

THE JOURNEY

6pm | Doors Open for Community Connection

Take this time to settle into the space, get cozy, and immerse into the warm, welcoming embrace of community. Connect with the kindred souls who surround you, sharing smiles, stories, and laughter as we prepare for the transformative journey ahead. The bar will be offering lovingly-prepared organic, gluten-free food options, heart-opening cacao, and other conscious elixirs.

7pm | Chapter 1 | Gratitude Cacao Ceremony

Our journey together begins with a Gratitude Cacao Ceremony led by Christina Marie of The Medicine Temple. We will share in a heartfelt ritual that invites us to open fully to the present moment and reflect on all the growth we have gleaned along our unique paths. As we gather in circle, we receive the rich, warm essence of cacao, exploring a deeper connection with ourselves and one another, and unlocking the heartspace where gratitude resides. Here, we reflect on every twist, turn, and chapter of our lives, honoring the beauty in both the challenges and the joy, harvesting the wisdom of our courageous journey. Come ready to sink into the sacred sanctuary within, allowing yourself to remember and revel in the magic of life’s unfolding—its hidden blessings, unexpected gifts, sacred medicine and all the ways it continues to nurture and surprise us.

7:30pm | Chapter 2 | Ecstatic Kirtan Journey with the Sacred City Band & Franko Heke

The next chapter of the journey is an invitation to relax the mind and step into the radiant landscape of the heart. Together, we embark on this soulful adventure led by the mesmerizing music of the Sacred City Band and the deeply talented Franko Heke, whose voice and spirit will guide us through powerful, heart-opening mantras. Each note, each chant, and each beat takes us deeper into that sacred inner space where we touch more of our essence and truth, awakening the beautiful magic that lives within us all.

Come as you are, ready to embrace the boundless beauty and magic of your own being. This is a welcoming, accepting, spiritually-open singing experience- one that celebrates every voice and expression in all its uniqueness. No experience is needed—just a willing heart and an open mind- as we sing our way into the sacred remembrance of who we truly are.

9:30pm | Chapter 3 | Conscious Dance with J. Pool

The third chapter of our journey invites us to fully immerse ourselves in a two-hour dance celebration with the remarkable J. Pool, whose rhythms and energy will transport us into a portal of gratitude and bliss. This is a sanctuary of freedom and acceptance—a space for you to move however your body and spirit longs to express. Dance wildly, sway slowly, explore anything in-between- simply allowing your body to lead the way as we connect and celebrate in the cozy embrace of community.

The Community Fire
Ashtē and Michael, will be tending the community fire as a sacred gathering space of prayer, reflection and kinship throughout the evening.

From 6pm to 7pm you will access a VIP room where you will be given an opportunity to talk to both artists and get a picture.

THE GUIDANCE

What is the flow for the night?

Doors open at 6pm to connect with community and settle in before we begin our journey together. Cacao Ceremony starts at 7pm. Kirtan starts with the Sacred City Band at 7:30pm and Franko Heke at 8:30pm. J. Pool's Dance begins after Franko at 9:30pm in the outside area of the venue.

What does sober mean for this event?

At Sacred City experiences, sober means no alcohol, drugs, or psychedelics. We honor that medicine comes in many forms. With that being said, we ask that you honor the sober nature of this container. This is the vibe of Sacred City events.

What will the food be like?

There will be organic, gluten-free, dairy-free ingredients making up the meals served all night for $11 a plate.

What are the parking options?

Parking is available along 1st Ave N, in the neighborhood behind the venue, as well as in the big fenced in parking lot under the freeway. The big parking lot is a paid lot. We believe the fee is under $10 to park there.

Can kids come?

Kids can absolutely come if they are supervised 100% of the time or are responsbile enough to not need supervision.

What are the deets on the VIP Meet & Greet?

If you purchase a VIP Meet & Greet ticket, you will have access to the VIP room from 6pm to 7pm, where you will be given an opportunity to briefly talk with Franko Heke and J. Pool then get a picture with them. You will be welcomed warmly into the space!

Together, we journey in ceremony to remember more of who we are, step into initiation retreats to embody more of who we are, and gather in celebration to rejoice the magic that is created from living a courageously authentic life.

With that being said, Sacred City does not believe this is how all experiences must be in the world, we just enjoy this particular type of container for our events. With reverence and love, we encourage anyone to opt in if they want to try it on, or opt out if it doesn't feel aligned.
