What to Expect

At Sedona Yoga Festival, we begin each day with a morning ceremony to connect before venturing out to our forest excursions, in-depth workshops, and active and accessible practices designed to nourish your soul and body. Throughout this four-day yoga experience, you’ll have the opportunity to choose from yoga sessions, meditation, workshops, and other immersive experiences led by some of the community’s most respected and knowledgeable minds — staying true to the essence of SYF.

Evening Gatherings

As the day winds down, we’ll come together in the evening for keynote addresses, panel discussions, sacred chants, and various forms of entertainment, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose.
