About this Event
Self-hypnosis is a magical tool for achieving your goals!
From relieving stress and anxiety to getting rid of insomnia and fatigue to confidence and presentation skills, hypnosis is a great transformational tool!
Learning self-hypnosis can help you in many ways, such as learning more effectively, memorizing information for tests, recalling information when you need it, generally balancing your mental, emotional and physical state of being to remain open, receptive, and productive throughout the day.
At our 3-hour meeting, we will learn how to correctly formulate suggestions for your subconscious mind, we will learn the language to which your unconscious is the most receptive.
Then we will practice the self-hypnosis technique and finish by creating a personal program for every participant for continuing transformation after the workshop.
Workshop is lead by Alexandra Tarakanov - certified hypnotherapist (HMI College of Hypnotherapy, Los Angeles), Reiki Master and Level 3 QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) practitioner.
