About the facilitator:

Sherri Keenan, originally from South Dakota, offers a transformative path to healing through her practice. Her journey began in 2009 when yoga and belly dancing helped her reconnect with her body and spirit. Inspired by Lakota traditions and the shamanic path, she deepened her practice through certifications in herbal medicine, Reiki, yoga, and more.

Now based in Florida, Sherri founded Wild Woods Goods, where she provides restorative, yin, and trauma-sensitive yoga, shamanic journeys, meditations, and offers a full apothecary alongside a personalized gifts business. Her mission is to support authenticity, growth, and connection, honoring each day as an opportunity for healing and love. She invites others to walk the wheel of wild wellness with her.
