Ageless Soul –Book launch with talk with Q&A

Friday, Nov 3, 7-9pm Premier Meet & Greet at 6:15pm

Ageless Soul offers positive and inspiring guidance for becoming a full person as time goes by. Since we are all aging, it is for anyone who has ever thought about getting older. It’s especially valuable for people 50 and over. It seems more difficult than ever these days to deal creatively with aging. This book provides a deep and comprehensive plan that sees aging not as losing capacity but as becoming who you are destined to be, a real human being. It covers key matters, such as:

- the shock of discovering that you’re getting older
- how to keep your youth in a deep way
- how to manage your sexuality as you age
- how spirituality can mature and become more important over time
- how to value your life by leaving a conscious legacy for your family and your society
- responding well to loneliness and depression
- nurturing friendships and community as you get older

Care of the Soul in Relationships and Work – Workshop

Saturday, Nov 4, 9am-3:30pm

Join #1 New York Times bestselling author, Thomas Moore, at Center for Spiritual Living Seattle as we explore how to care for the soul in relationships and work.

Relationships require both engagement and freedom, intimacy and distance. The soul of a relationship lies deep, and oddly, may come to the foreground when there is trouble or crisis. Caring for the soul is different from adjusting well and keeping things smooth and unruffled. The other person’s soul is a deep mystery, and so is yours. You have to respect this mystery as you make efforts over time to be close.

Work is also a mystery. Why are you called to one job or career and not another? Does your job speak to the needs and concerns of your soul? Do you feel burn-out when the soul connection is lost? You can see your job and career as arenas in which your soul work takes place and where your spiritual values play out. What we call unhappiness in work and relationships is often a loss of soul. But soul can be found and restored.

Tickets: Friday Talk and Book Release: $35, $75 Premier (includes Meet and Greet)
Saturday Workshop: $129
Friday/Saturday Package: $164 Pre-sale, $199 Premier

This event is co-produced with Center for Spiritual Living and East West Bookshop.
