Sunday Yoga Class and Singing & Mantra Workshop

Join me from 9am-11am at the Encinitas Temple of Joy for a enlightening and empowering 2 hour Sattva Himalayan Kundalini Yoga Journey which includes
pranayama (breath practices), kriya, (evolutionary action), asana (body flow movement), meditation, mantra and mudra (specific hand/body gestures). 
This will set the foundation for the afternoon workshop at 1pm (to 3pm) , which will be focused on toning, listening, singing, learning mantras and specific exercises that will help you connect more intimately with and free up your uniquely divine voice. 
You can attend them separately if you can't make one of them. Your choice!
