Please wear loose clothing (preferably white) and cover your head. Bring a mat, cushion, and blanket. Some head covers and mats are available for use. Doors open at 3:30 pm. Arrive promptly and in silence. Sat Nam!

The Aquarian Sadhana is a spiritual practice given to us by Yogi Bhajan to help us tune into universal consciousness, clear the useless chatter of the mind, enjoy prosperity and to heal.
It includes:
Japji Ji Recitation
Kundalini Yoga Kryia
Deep Relaxation 
Aquarian Sadhana Mantras

We will join in a Free Community Feast "Pangat Sangat" at 7 pm.
