Join us for a night of Ecstatic Dance to a diverse soundscape that will activate your creative energy, stimulate your imagination, and expand the reaches of your ever expanding soul!

Ecstatic Dances are ALL ages, Substance-free, Family friendly, Free-form movement experiences.
Kids 16 & under are FREE! And must be accompanied by an adult.

7 PM: Opening Circle Welcome, Intentions, and Grounding In with Ishkaday
Warm up with Marta Napoleone Mazzoni
7:30PM: Dance to the waves of love with URSIDAE
9:30 PM: Reconnection & Relaxation with Ishkaday and Marta

Allow yourself to be in a state of TRANSCENDING and UNIFYING the dualities that is within and all around you. Feel this sensation and rhythm of flow and open your heart and mind to vast greatness of connections and love inside your soul and in the world.
Ishkaday and Marta will guide you to this state, creating a soulful and safe space to grow, love, and express your authentic being to attune and align to what your temple wants to become in this next moon phase.

D.C musician and sound artist URSIDAE joins Ecstatic Dance Pgh, playing a mix of Downtempo, Jazz, and Funk to support the alignment of our bodies to our souls, allowing for love and transcendental energy to flow and flow and flowwwww

Facilitators:
Ish is a lifelong devotee to all things self-care, health care, and creativity. At a young age she started gymnastics, later in life she delved into fire dancing and is currently continuing her passion as a massage therapist and performer. Throughout her life, she has always found solace in movement. Ish had a drive to create environments where people feel safe to be themselves and connect with others.
Marta Napoleone Mazzoni is a Grief Recovery Specialist, Intuitive Life Coach, Meditation Guide, Yoga Instructor, and Play Facilitator. She is a best-selling author and host of the award-winning podcast Marta on the Move. Created in 2015, the show shines light on her personal journey while interviewing individuals along the way on what makes us human and keeps us moving forward.
As a Grief Specialist and Life Coach. Marta works with clients on rediscovering joy, peace, and connection to themselves again after loss. She speaks worldwide on the topics of mindfulness, self-love, and grief, using her own life experiences to connect and reframe certain subjects shrouded in shame.
As a meditation and yoga instructor, her work focuses on building core strength through progression as we age for healthy mobility and creative expression. Her tools include somatic work, small muscle activation, static holds, and isometrics. Through her mindfulness mentorships she works with individuals on cultivating gratitude, internal peace, and soul connection.
Marta also brings her background in theater to her play and mindfulness workshops. Hosted for schools, events, and businesses, participants awaken their inner child and rediscover their own creativity and confidence while forging meaningful connections within themselves and others in a disconnected world.
A world traveler at heart Marta believes one of the ultimate ways to heal is found by leaving your daily routine to explore the world. She invites guests to her once-in-a-lifetime adventures offered through Marta On The Move Experiences which feature intimate sailing holidays, retreats, and workshops in her hometown of Pittsburgh and abroad.
