This is an opportunity to connect to our own individuality through the rhythm of the drum, and relax and play while we discover our true soul’s voice.  MonÁxi will guide you through a sequence of meditation, voice and percussion exercises that allow you to unmask your ego, accessing your childish essence and deepening your self awareness. As you come closer to yourself, you will be able to connect more authentically to those around you, and release your true voice without fear or judgment.
