Event Description
Wah! Talk Tone and Feel Nurtured Workshop

Learn about self-connection and sound, practice giving & receiving, explore ways to communicate and destress. Wah! uses dialogue, toning, meditation and discussion to develop tools for self-healing and communication. Individual, partner-work and group discussion create a positive environment to learn and experience new states of openness and connection. Practices taken from Wah!'s books Healing: A Vibrational Exchange and Dedicating Your Life to Spirit.

Wah! uses toning, meditation, dialogue and discussion to create pathways for healing and communication. This workshop may be especially helpful for anyone interested in meditation, coping with anxiety, stress, grief, illness, or injury. Bring a friend or family member; you will leave relaxed and reconnected.

Wah! is an author and musician making music and teaching for over 25 years. She brings both intellectual concepts and an experience of healing and receptivity to yoga centers, churches, cancer clinics and communities. She is an innovator in her field, using a deep understanding of music and healing to create profound transformative events.

"Wah!'s experience as a teacher and author allow her to speak with confidence about both the inner and outer worlds. Wah! emanates a beautiful expression of wholeness."
