???? Theme: Global Grooves & Trance Dance 
Use inspiring earth-based sounds and pulsing beats to bring your body into rhythmic states of trance to induce an inner journey. During the warmup, Alyssa will share methods of dance that activate the kundalini, or creative eros energy in the body. Then followed by a set of global grooves curated by DJ Disco Pope to produce waves of sounds for stimulating Kundalini movement. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or new to ecstatic dance, this event welcomes everyone to express themselves authentically, and the movement techniques warmup are only a suggestion to be later used in the dance set if desired.

???? Music & Movement  
Layered into the music set will be spontaneously inspired spoken word poetry and affirmations from Alyssa. Our carefully curated music playlist will traverse various genres, instrument textures, and rhythms from around the world allowing you to move through peaks and valleys in your expression.
