Join JQ and her baby, Willow, for a challenging 1 hour "in-depth flow" class while she is in town.

We will explore a few arm balances, and modifications for those who choose not to fly!

This is not a mommy and me class, however children of all ages are welcome. If your child needs a break please excuse yourself to honor the other students. To non-parenting students, please embrace the unexpected nature of children the same way you would in a yoga class with puppies :)

You'll notice there are different price tiers, they don't mean anything or get anything different, it is set up this way for financial accessibility. Pay what is feasible for you.
