The Pearlstone Meal Plan is also included, which offers 8 vegetarian/vegan meals and 7 snacks with farm to table freshness.

Should you wish to be assigned to rooms with specific attendees, it's recommended to pay for the entire group with one payment. You will be able to change or add names to your group assignments up to three weeks prior to the event.

You may pick up your keys after 3:00 pm on Friday, Sept 21. Room must be vacated and keys turned into registration on or before 10:00 am on your scheduled date of departure.
