Floating Strength and Conditioning:

In this format, we combine traditional strength and conditioning exercises like push-ups, squats and burpees with your favorite yoga poses like down dog, crow pose and maybe even a headstand!

Prepare to challenge your balance and develop core strength like never before.

Should have some yoga and/or fitness experience as the class contains some interval training, but no experience on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) required.
