The yogini is most popularly defined as the feminine practitioner of yoga. But a yogini also refers to a group of sixty-four female deities in the Tantra tradition, who are regarded as the embodiment of Shakti or universal creative energy. Shakti energy is creative, powerful and primal. Awaken the feminine creative force with a journey dance through the chakras, and hosted by their corresponding goddesses.

Included in this workshop:
1. Introduction to the chakra system and the energy behind each subtle center (est. 1 hour).
2. Description of the main goddesses and how they relate to each chakra (est. 30 min).
3. Physical practice, including movement, dance, yoga postures, and more! (est. 1.5 hours).

Three (3) total CEU hours available including: Techniques, Training and Practice (TTP), Anatomy & Physiology (AP) and Yoga philosophy, Lifestyle and Ethics (YPLE).
