Rasa Yoga Immersion for the 9 Empowerments of Shakti



Transform your practice and life with the radiant teachings of Shakti - “creative energy” and “dynamic power”. In the Shakta Tantra tradition, there is the blazing force of the goddess known as Durga - she who is the fortress and flame. Durga is the alchemical awakening of yoga in heart, mind and body.



Durga manifests as 9 avatar forms which are the 9 empowerments of Shakti in each of us. The new moon during the Bhakti Love Reunion Festival is a very special celebration of these nine forms of Durga - Navaratri, the 9 sacred nights of Goddess Durga worship.



Navaratri is a potent time for practice and doing personal inner work.



In this Shakti Temple, Sianna will guide you in an alchemical journey of embodied myth with asana, pranayama, mantra, mudra, meditation, visualization and soulful inquiry. Johanna Beekman and special musical guests will offer chanting and music along the way.



Please bring a journal, pens, and colorful markers if you like to draw as well. There will be time for journaling and soulful inquiry.



Rasa Yoga is a bhakti fusion of asana, mantra, mudra, myth, pranayama, meditation, functional anatomy, Tantric yoga philosophy, shadow work, and soul alchemy.
