Course Schedule:

Fri. May 20

The Friday evening portion of the event will begin after the registration. Registration is from 4-7 pm. The program begins at 7:30 pm. You will also be able to register Saturday morning from 7:30 am to 9:30 am. After that we will not take registrants. The Friday evening event will include a kirtan music concert with Joan Condal and Pier Davide Angelini from Spain and Narayani Couto from Brazil. This will be followed by a Oneness Meditation, a special transfer of divine grace and blessing, from Alessandra Giordano, Setu, and Narayani Couto from Brazil and Reverend Howard Caesar from Houston, Texas. Please plan to be settled in and have eaten dinner before 7:30 p.m. on Friday so you can enjoy this special event to prepare you for the course.

Spanish or Portuguese translation is available & highly recommended if English is not your first language.  Translation headsets must be reserved in advance.  The cost is $25 for the Entire Weekend!!

URGENT IF YOU ARE RESERVING A HEADSET: If you are reserving or will reserve a headset for translation, please be aware that you should have to give the moment you receive the headset, the amount of $150 US currency (cash) only as a security deposit at the time of registration, that will be returned to you fully the moment you return the headset at the end of the course.  Please note that any damage to the headset, or losing it, will result in a discount or complete loss of your deposit, depending on the issue.

Transportation Info:

The Wyndham Garden Hotel is about 7 miles from the Austin Bergstrom International Airport (AUS).  The hotel has a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport.  Please contact the hotel directly at 512-448-2444 to book your shuttle.

A few words about food:

This course is unlike any you have attended outside the Oneness University in India. The schedule is very tight as we are coordinating a live feed from India to 7 U.S. cities, in 3 different time zones, simultaneously. The nature of the course encourages staying in the energy field of the Phenomenon throughout the entire weekend. There is not enough time for 400+ people to leave the hotel, get food and return during the short lunch break. It is imperative to start on time and we do not want to start without you.

It is HIGHLY recommended that you pre-purchase lunch tickets for the vegetarian or gluten-free vegetarian lunch or plan on bringing your own lunch both Saturday and Sunday to enable you to stay at the hotel.

Lunch tickets WILL NOT be sold at registration/at the door.

Please bring a light snack if you need food between lunch and 9:00pm on Saturday, as there will be no dinner break. You will have time to eat a snack during a short break Saturday evening.

Vendor Details:

If you have a product that you want to sell at the event as a vendor that is in keeping with the spiritual nature of the event, please contact Armita Gohary at [email protected] to reserve a vendor table. She will send you the vendor application. Vendor tables are $100 for the event. Please make requests by May 10.

We will have a limited number of the new Sri Murthis available to purchase at the event. The medium size 71/2in. x 12in. ($25.00), and wallet size 3 for $5.00, are available.
