Meet Kaya:

   Christine "Kaya" Hewitt, MA, is a healer, teacher, and speaker committed to a loving world free of suffering by coaching conscious people in creating the inner peace and loving relationships they know is their Divine birth-right. 

Her work centers around her program Awakened EQ™ that developed out of her:

• Training in India as an Awakening facilitator


• Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Northwestern University where she focused on the intersection of trauma, mindfulness, and neuroscience


• 30 years of experience with holistic healing and body-mind medicine.

Based out of the Kansas City area, Kaya works with adults across the country through classes, workshops, and coaching, both online and in-person. Her book AWAKENED EQ - Emotional Skills for Healing, Peace, & Loving Relationships will be released later this year.
